Screamin Eagle Operations is a non-profit organization founded by Compton native Andrew "Harley-Drew" Thompson. Harley-Drew's love for Harley Davidson Motorcycles has led him on a journey to inspire and motivate youth and young adults to find their passion and stay focused on their goals. Through Screamin Eagle Operations, he engages in meaningful conversations with youth at inner-city schools and community events about the history of Harley Davidson and the various career opportunities in the motorcycle industry, such as bike design. Screamin Eagle Operations believes everyone deserves the chance to pursue their passion, and we hope to inspire and motivate youth to explore every opportunity. 

 

Our mission is to show youth that there is always a way to succeed, no matter their barriers.
